The Swit S-4609 SDI audio mini converter is a portable mini SDI audio de-embedder converter,that supports up to 3Gb/s SDI and can be widely used in field production and professional audio/video conversion and transmission. The S-4609 can de-embed any 2-channel audio from the first embedded 8-channel SDI audio. The user can select the channel number to de-embed from the 6 switchers on the front panel of the product. On the back, the S-4609 provides the of the 6 switchers for reference. The S-4609 has 3 LED indicators to check whether power is connected, whether SDI input is recognized, and whether de-embedded audio is being delivered. The mini converter is powered by a DC plug-in socket. The package includes an AC-DC power adapter, and you can also connect the DC cable from 6-18V batteries. The S-4609 mini converter adopts an aluminum alloy unibody housing, which is robust for field use and can effectively protect the audio/video connectors. The S-4609 has 1/4-inch bottom thread for attaching to cameras, and an installation plate for wall mounting and BNC/audio cable connection is provided in the package.
