Beyma 8CX300Fe Coaxial Transducer
The Beyma 8CX300Fe is an 8 coaxial transducer designed for full-range speaker systems that require compact size, high power handling, and excellent sound fidelity. This model delivers 300 W AES / 600 W program power in the low-frequency section and 50 W AES / 100 W program in the HF section, with a sensitivity of 95 dB (LF) and 105 dB (HF). A 2.5 woofer voice coil and 1.75 compression driver voice coil are aligned coaxially, driven by a common FEA-optimized ferrite magnet system that ensures phase coherence and compact form factor. The driver operates across a wide frequency range from 90 Hz to 20 kHz, with a recommended crossover at 2 kHz (12 dB/oct slope minimum). Durability and acoustic quality are reinforced by a weatherproof cone treated on both sides, a PM4 diaphragm in the HF driver for smooth high-frequency reproduction, and a shorting cap to reduce harmonic distortion and extend upper range linearity. A 70° conical dispersion horn ensures broad and even HF coverage.
