SMSL AL400 Integrated Stereo Amplifier
The SMSL AL400 is a high-performance Class D integrated amplifier that combines refined digital processing with robust amplification. At its core, the AL400 uses a high-efficiency digital amplifier chip capable of delivering up to 165W per channel into 4 loads. It supports high-resolution audio decoding via USB, HDMI (eARC), Optical, and Coaxial inputs, while Bluetooth 5.1 enables wireless streaming with support for SBC, AAC, and aptX codecs.
This amplifier is engineered for versatility. It features a built-in low-noise phono preamp compatible with both MM and MC cartridges, allowing direct connection to turntables. The AL400s tone control system allows users to finely adjust bass, midrange, and treble using different frequency points, Q values, and gain levelsideal for tailoring sound to specific speakers or room acoustics. Subwoofer integration is seamless thanks to an independent sub-out with selectable low-pass filters (ranging from 40Hz to 250Hz) and phase adjustment (0°/180°).
The user interface is streamlined via a multifunction knob and a full-function remote control.
