PRV Audio TW450Ti-Nd-4 Professional Super Tweeter
The PRV Audio TW450Ti-Nd-4 is a professional-grade super tweeter engineered for applications that require high sound pressure levels and precise high-frequency reproduction. Featuring a 1.0 (25.4 mm) aluminum voice coil on a Kapton former and a titanium diaphragm, this tweeter offers excellent thermal stability and clarity at high output levels. With a nominal impedance of 4 ohms, it handles 60 watts RMS and up to 120 watts program power, making it suitable for professional PA systems, line arrays, and high-efficiency DIY speaker designs.
Operating across a frequency response of 4,500 Hz to 20,000 Hz (-10 dB), the TW450Ti-Nd-4 is optimized for use with a recommended high-pass crossover at 6000 Hz (12 dB/octave) for full power handling. The neodymium magnet structure keeps the overall weight low while maintaining strong magnetic flux, improving efficiency and transient response.
