The Profoto 0.5 f-stop diffuser kit for Softbox Octa 4 is designed to soften the light and create a more even distribution, which reduces harsh shadows and creates a beautiful, natural look. The diffuser can also be used as a neutral density filter if, for example, you are working with low apertures or long exposures.
The different diffusers range from 0.5 f-stop, which provides a slightly softer light, to 1.5 f-stop, which creates a softness with more light effects. All diffusers are easy to install and remove and allow for quick switching between settings.
Note: All Profoto softboxes are equipped with a 1 f-stop diffuser.
