The SMSL SU-1 MQA-CD Audio Decoder & Hi-Res DAC is a high-performance digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that supports MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) playback. It is equipped with the AKM AK4493S DAC chip, which is known for its high performance and low distortion. The SU-1 also supports PCM audio up to 768kHz/32-bit and DSD512, making it capable of decoding high-resolution audio files.

SMSL SU-1 MQA-CD Audio Decoder & Hi-Res DAC
The SU-1 has a compact and stylish design, measuring just 96mm x 78mm x 27mm. It is made of aluminum alloy and has a black anodized finish. The front panel features a single LED indicator that shows the current input and output format.
The SU-1 has three inputs: USB, coaxial, and optical. The USB input supports up to 768kHz/32-bit PCM and DSD512, while the coaxial and optical inputs support up to 24bit/192kHz PCM. The SU-1 also has a single output, which is a balanced XLR output.
